The Merseyrail train service stops in Hightown and from here access to Liverpool and Southport is every bit as easy as from Formby or Crosby although it is likely that you will have a much shorter walk to the Station. There is of course the Hightown Pub & Kitchen where you can meet your friends or enjoy a meal.
Hightown is a small community surrounded by open countryside and the wide sandy beaches. From here you can enjoy endless walks and open spaces and often meet nobody on your way.
