Landlord’s Fees

Non Managed Service: 12% inc. vat
Full Management Service: 16.8% inc. vat
Extras
Inventory: £90.00 – £180.00 inc. vat (Dependent on size of property)
Gas Safety Certificate: £70.00 inc. vat
Energy Performance Certificate: £100.00 inc. vat
Tenancy Agreement Renewal: £90.00 inc. vat

Tenants Fees

NO REFERENCING OR ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGES APPLICABLE TO TENANT(S).

Other Permitted Payments:

  • Holding Deposit: Maximum 1 weeks rent amount of the deposit for the property that you are looking to rent.
  • Deposit (Maximum deposit of 5 weeks rent)
  • Payment of £50.00 plus Vat if you wish to change the tenancy agreement.
  • Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3%.
  • Payment of £75.00 for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices.
  • Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy.
  • Any other permitted payments, not included in the above, under the relevant legislation including contractual damages.

During the tenancy payable to the provider if permitted and applicable:

Utilities: Gas, Electricity, Water.
Communications: telephone and broadband, including installation
Installation of cable/satellite: Subscription to cable/satellite
Television Licence
Council Tax

Tenant Protection:
